Welcome to the JTL beta test

Thanks for helping test the Joshua Tree Live Android app before launch. You don’t need any prior experience with JTL — this page walks you through everything from start to finish. The whole process takes about five minutes.

Step 1

Sign in with your test account

We’ve set up two test accounts for you, already loaded with member-level access — no need to create your own account or sign up. Use whichever one you’re assigned, or try both:

Account 1
Email: tier1@test.com
Password: password123

Account 2
Email: tier2@test.com
Password: password123

Step 2

Download the app

Tap the button below on your Android phone to download the JTL app file (jtlive.apk).

Android may warn you about installing apps from outside the Play Store — this is expected for beta testing. Tap “Install anyway” or “Allow from this source” when prompted.

Step 3

Open the app and sign in

Once installed, open Joshua Tree Live and sign in using one of the test accounts from Step 1.

From there, explore freely: watch a live or past stream, try the chat, check out your profile, and let us know anything that feels off.
