Who We Are Joshua Tree Live is a live streaming platform based in Joshua Tree, California. Our website is joshuatreelive.tv.
What Data We Collect When you create an account or use the app, we may collect:
- Email address and display name (for account creation)
- Patreon membership tier and status (to verify access)
- Chat messages posted during live streams
- Short-form videos you choose to submit
- Basic usage data (last login, purchase history within the app)
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate your account and verify your membership tier
- To display your display name in live chat
- To process and fulfill merchandise purchases
- To notify you of upcoming shows (if you have opted in)
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the platform (Supabase for database, Patreon for membership verification, Stripe for payment processing).
User-Generated Content Chat messages and submitted Shorts are stored on our servers. Shorts are reviewed before being made public. Chat messages are visible to all users during a live stream. You can request removal of your content by contacting us at media@joshuatreelive.tv.
Data Retention We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via joshuatreelive.tv/mobile_account_management or by emailing media@joshuatreelive.tv.
Children’s Privacy Joshua Tree Live is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Media & Creative Content All rights to creative content belong to the artists who submitted it. Joshua Tree Live holds no rights to artist-submitted content.
