Delete your account

You can have your Joshua Tree Live account and its data deleted at any time. Email media@joshuatreelive.tv from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll delete your account and confirm by email.

Cancel your membership first

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you’re not charged again.

What gets deleted

• Your login, email address, display name, avatar, and bio.
• Your membership status, creative role requests, and alert preferences.

What may be kept

• Purchase records we’re legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.
• Media or events you submitted that are covered by a separate creator agreement. Email us if you want them removed as well.
