Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Joshua Tree Live, operated by Omniversal Horizons Matrix LLC (“we,” “us”), including our website, apps, and live shows. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Keep your login details private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.
Memberships and payments
- Memberships are recurring subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed and managed by them, under their terms. Cancel or request refunds through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- To cancel a membership bought on our website, contact us.
- Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you paid for.
- We may change membership prices or benefits. We’ll give notice before a price change affects your renewal.
Content on Joshua Tree Live
Shows, films, music, and other content belong to their creators or to us. You may watch it for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t record, rebroadcast, or redistribute it without permission.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of media you submit. By submitting it, you confirm you have the rights to it, and you give us permission to host, stream, and promote it on Joshua Tree Live. Where a separate written agreement with a creator says something different, that agreement takes priority over this section.
Community rules
In live chat and anywhere else on Joshua Tree Live, don’t:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
- Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or spam.
- Post content you don’t have the rights to.
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Joshua Tree Live infringes your copyright, email media@joshuatreelive.tv with a description of the work, where it appears, and your contact information.
Disclaimers and limits
Live streaming depends on networks and equipment we don’t fully control, so the service is provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If you keep using Joshua Tree Live after a change, you accept the updated terms.
