Privacy Policy
Joshua Tree Live is operated by Omniversal Horizons Matrix LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, our iOS, Android, Fire TV, and Roku apps, and our live shows, and what we do with it. We’re not social media. We don’t sell your data, and we collect only what we need to run the service.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, password (stored encrypted by our authentication provider), display name, and anything you add to your profile, such as an avatar or bio.
- Membership information: your membership tier and subscription status. Payments are handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Content you submit: media, events, creative role requests, and chat messages you post during live shows.
- Contact preferences: if you sign up for show alerts, the contact details you provide for them.
- Basic technical data: device type, app version, and error logs needed to keep streams and apps working.
How we use it
- To create and run your account and give you access to your membership benefits.
- To stream shows, run live chat, and publish content you submit.
- To send show alerts and account messages you’ve asked for.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Services we use
These providers process data on our behalf, only as needed to run Joshua Tree Live:
- Supabase: accounts, authentication, and our database.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution and in-app purchases.
- Stripe: membership payments made on our website.
- RevenueCat: managing subscription status across platforms.
- Dacast: live video streaming.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and account data. Records we’re legally required to keep, such as purchase records, may be retained for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and edit your profile at any time from your profile page.
- You can delete your account and its data. See Delete your account.
- California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We don’t sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

Children
Joshua Tree Live is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we’ll let members know by email or in the app.
